Anyone from Perth seen Bulkhead (Either class) or Ratchet around ? Didn't have the money for them when I saw them on the shelves and now I do I can't find them anywhere.

If you’re not averse to ordering online, figures Direct (http://www.figuresdirect.com.au/mainpage.html) have ratchet ($27) and both Bulkheads (Voyager $45 and Leader $89).
They also have good shipping prices, the most they ever charged me was $8.95 for 5 deluxe and a voyager (which happened to be Bulkhead :D).
Plus they are located in Perth.

I'd try every Target you can get to. They recently (news years) had Animated Voyagers for $25, and they could possibly be even cheaper by now.
