Transformers Animated Prime Problem :( Help

I purchased the Transformers Voyager Optimus Prime as it looked like a much nicer figure than the huge one.

However after transforming mine i've found his upper torso and waste is very lose, even when posing him his upper body turns left and right very very easily, a small breeze would rotate him 360.

Is anyone else having this problem? I like the figure but I really hate the auto morph feature or whatever its called on this, the rotation on mine is just stupid.:mad:

( Yes I've pushed the torso down to get the click so the automorph feature doesnt work anymore, but he's still loose. )

Once the waist is locked it shouldn't spin around so freely. Perhaps yours is faulty; Animated is notorious for Quality Control problems. Have you tried exchanging it for another one?

I have a bad feeling mine is faulty in that case.

Mine isn't as bad as yours sounds, but it does move too freely.

What? you can lock the waist? I didn't know that!

Stupid gimmick though that gravity tfing thing is, makes putting him in truck mode tricky, coz I dont want to break the gears...
