Yep, a standard fantastic F_R job. I've been waiting for this custom since I saw the movie and the mould and I'm not disappointed. I think there should be some rust in the wheel arches though but if F_R didn't put any there it is probably not in the movie either.

What does it say beside the decepticon logo.. "_____ PUPSICLE!"
