How do I pay someone who requires a money order for transfer? The recipient is in U.S? How does this operate? Can you give me a quickie tutorial?

Go to the post office and ask for an international money order.

Paypal is far easier. :)

international money orders are a nightmare from our post office, its a very expensive way of doing things and is very timely. your best bet is to make friends with a member of an international board who has paypal, send the money to them and ask them to send it. allow about $5USD for the fee and postage. you'll save yourself atleast a week if not 2 in postage time.

its expensive. You can do it at your post office, costs like 7 bucks, then you gotta post it via mail.
