Custom Warpath - V2

Hi guys,

As promised, here is the Warpath.

This is an upgrade from the one I did previously as some of you may know.

Nice work, mate. What type of paint have you used?

This is using Citadel initially. Detailing uses Tamiya.

Zing, Blam, Whammo he looks good, looks the best as the mini-me as he should be shorter than prime, but thats great work :D

Thanks for the comments. Rampagess, since when is a tank is smaller than a truck.. hehehe.. Though I am sure you are right.. in the toon, he is smaller :(

Lint, sorry, it didnt tickle your fancy on the head as thats probably the biggest update to it except for articulated joins. I welcome any suggestions you would have me done to the head.

May I ask what parts you used to make this?

Snaketales, thanks for asking. The arms come from a combination of Armada Megatron and RID Prime.

The feet from RID prime, the body from G2 Meg (large version that turns into a tank).

The head was a cast created for Grimlock that I modified to fit Warpath.

Lint, sorry, it didnt tickle your fancy on the head as thats probably the biggest update to it except for articulated joins. I welcome any suggestions you would have me done to the head.

Now that I REALLY look at it I can see your intent in sculpting warpaths head. I think the photography isn't doing the head justice.

However I am still seeing a gigantic white nose and a 'why-so-serious' smile carved into his face, which doesn't give me the warpath vibe.

I suggest brilliant blue optics and perhaps sculpting a new mask (to go over the existing one) so it looks less like part of the face and is more prominent. Highlighting the grills in the mask with some dark detailing might also help.

Okay. thanks for the comments. Hmmm.. head seems to be the biggest qualm about this figure. I have made a mod.. see if this sits nicer with people's opinion.
