What's the most you've ever spent on an accessory piece?

Ok I've seen a couple of threads regarding "most paid for figures", but it'd be interesting to know what kind of mad prices people have paid for tf accessories, weapons or other parts. Head/target masters included :)

Personally, the most I've ever paid for a single part (I think..memory a little hazy) would be $50 on a G1 lord zarak

Hmmm being a parts buyer most of the time, from memory the most expensive would be the head and waist part of Monstructor - around US$40+ for the head and about US$40 for the waist. Which is why Im finally relieved that Ive completed that little bugger :D

Computron's parts. Cost me about $100 all told. That's why when Encore Bruticus came out I jumped at the chance to get all of Bruticus' parts and the individual Combaticons (and their weapons) for about the same price!

hmmm... i don't usually buy parts since back in 1999, I made myself promise myself to only buy complete figures (ie: all or nothing).

I did recently get Star Saber's blade for US$54 (http://heroicdecepticon.blogspot.com/2009/10/parts-and-pieces-leozack-auction-and.html), but it was shipped with other things so I don't know how much it would be all up.

I am so glad that i bought that Reb Bumblebee when I saw him. This was before any news on the upgrade kit and I originally didn't want to get him because I thought that Hasbro releasing a straight repaint red bumblebee as Cliffjumper was pure lazyness and a money grab. However I caved in and bought him on a whim as at the time there was nothing else.

At the time I regretted buying him but after the upgrade kit I am so glad I did.

People wanting to get an upgrade kit from ebay be careful. There are poor quality KOs of it out there

The only accessory that I can remember ever buying for a TF was the tower piece for g1 metroplex. I think it was like 12pounds or something.

Although I'm looking at buying a few g2 jazz missles for my g2 onslaught soon.....

From the Join date in your post , yeah pretty much. FP back then was just a fledgling and was a total unknown that's why there's only a few pieces that was made. It was more of a "test the water" type of thing..... the original CJ kit have a serial number certificate in each box. not sure how many but I think just around 300 (?) pieces was made... I could be way off but yeah really limited...

I just received my G3 trailer 2 days ago, at 80AUD + 20AUD shipping from ebay.au.

The best quality thing of all my TF toys.

But the problem is the classic optimus prime US version has so crap quality in plastic. I might have to find a henkei version just trying to match the trailer.

I really wish there could be a trailer for rotf OP. :)

You're not missing out on much. He's just a repaint of Bumblebee. (-_-) It's the incredibly underwhelming nature of this toy which prompted fan groups to make the Upgrade Kit (good toys don't need upgrades).
