New items not yet asked or answered

Animated Arcee, Cybertron Ratchet (US TRU excl)

2010 (already arranged, but can still change)

Animated Deluxe (new waves) - Marketwide

Wouldn't the fact that the new waves of animated deluxe are being released here mean that Arcee and Cybertron Ratchet would be be included ib those waves?

griffin

Those two figures are listed as store exclusives, so wouldn't be part of the regular wave cases. The fact that they have been identified as the only two store exclusives among the new Deluxes, probably prevents them from being released in the general assortment.

[U][SIZE=3]Late 2009 items not being released here at Movie 2 Small Titanium 2-packs (Ratchet v Blackout, Cliffjumper v Deadend, Ironhide v Brawl) (US TRU excl) - No

I went online to Toys R Us and it seems that they cant send to Australia :(

I have no idea how I can get this?

Do this forum have any contacts in US where we can pay them a fee for service?

griffin

I'm afraid ebay is probably your only chance to get those. I haven't seen them on any online stores either, and they were released some time ago, so may not be easy to find in US TRU stores (if you knew an American to help you).

Any word on more Transformer Mighty Muggs. Ebay has has had Prowl and Ironhide on there. SDCC has rumored another exclusive this year but they aren't saying who. Would love to know if we are getting some more?

Very much doubt that we will. They didn't sell that well here and shelf-warmed for quite a while.

Robot Kingdom has listed Animated Arcee and Cybertron Ratchet... do you think they know how in demand the figures will be?

Arcee: $34.90 USD (http://www.robotkingdom.com/services/eshop/main.php?action=details&CatType=&II=TFANID7ARCEE&lang=us&CatID=)

Ratchet: $21.00 USD (http://www.robotkingdom.com/services/eshop/main.php?action=details&CatType=&II=TFANID7CMR&lang=us&CatID=)

... yeap!

Considering they listed Arcee at US$35, I reckon they are well aware ;)

EDIT: Just checked the link and they're already out of stock

Not sure why I had 'released' noted for that, as it still hasn't appeared here yet. I've removed it, and updated the listing for latest info from Toyfair.

sorry i we already think discussed this but didn't Hasbro Aus say we would be receiving Animated toys?

Not according to their new decision... :(

 sorry for my poor grammar (early morning), i think the market value is pretty good for animated deluxe Ratchet and Arcee compared to a month ago, $30 shipped on ebay is fair

I just want to know what the RRP of Legends Devastator is going to be locally, so I can decide whether to get it locally or from overseas...I can get Devs, Bludgeon and Seaspray from overseas for $140 including P&P. But I'd rather buy locally wherever possible.

It shouldn't be anymore than $49 logically, but logic's got nothing to do with store pricing (as the Shanghai Showdown set proved recently...).

Legends Devastator has been shelf warming in New Zealand since his release as an exclusive at Farmers. Retail price of a Legends figure is $9-10NZ, but they want $100 for the Devy set.

I imported the Ez Collection (Regular and Green) for around $70NZ each

Empire toys in Perth sell green legends devy for $70 AUD. Might pick one up

SharkyMcShark
19th April 2010, 09:52 PM
haha that would lead to amusement - Empire Toys (the local comic book shop / toy importer) has the green version for 70 bucks (that includes their markup), which might leave us in a situation where an exclusive repaint costs less than the original fig.

Novel.

True. I imported the takara singles and cost me roughly $89 when they first came out. i like green devy though. Might sell my original???

To be honest if I had a choice I'd got for the original colours but I'm not so invested in either set that I'd pay more for one than the other.

Green Devy needs more purple. MUCH more purple.

It's a pass for me for that reason.

Nope, but that's pretty hard to do down in Tassie - the only way I'll see it in person is if I buy it! :D
