Unicron the Grinch

My brother has this ridiculous Christmas Tree ornament: a pink Santa made of pipe-cleaner-like material with a cardboard face holding a small Christmas Tree. It is so ridiculous that is has earned itself pride of place on our family Tree for years.

So, naturally, each year I kidnap him.

This year he ended up in the iron grip of Unicron, the Transformer-verse Grinch!

My mum and brother made all sorts of threats for his return, but I said that they have to "Light my Darkest Hour" to get him back. This is what my brother came up with:

A Matrix of Leadership made from a carefully gutted orange, some plastic things from a model car box, and carefully applied foil!

I had to give him points for effort: Unicron was subdued, Santa was returned, and Christmas is saved!

We had year 3 and 4 kids make those exact same santa's!

And your brother is very creative, and attentive, If I said something to "light my darkest hour" my family would probably give me a torch. :D
