It's one of their many recoloured Mirror Universe characters (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Category:Shattered_Glass_characters)(from their comic), so makes sense from that perspective.
But yes, the Collector Club would have been a good source, outside of Ehobby, for Killing-Jar redecos (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:Newcolors_KillingJar.jpg).

It would actually justify a gold-chrome repaint.

Soooooo....Hot Cyclonus? Wha?

I think that's the idea.

I actually like it.

I wouldn't buy it, but that's only because I'm not bothering with the exclusives. I like it in terms of being a release of a currently important character within Fun Publications story-arch. I like it because I think that the Shattered Glass Universe has been one of the more fun explorations of the TF Multiverse, and continued support of it is always welcome.

I like it, but doubt I'd pay the hefty club price for it.

Meh either way, where not missing out on much. the only Killing-Jar repaint I would want would be Wreck-gar. :D

Pretty, yet pointless.

I'd say those words would sum up about 75% of all repaints. ;)

It shouldn't be though. It doesn't take much effort to produce a good repaint as the countless custom repaints and digibashes have proven.

It seems that they simply decide on marketing friendly colors and then name slap it with whatever TF it has a vague similarity to.
