Nah Shackwave was grey with orange/brown clear plastic laser/fists (I think)

But this one looks really bad, head looks familiar to another figure but I can't put my finger on it...

Also afaik Shackwave isn't a KO, but rather a legit release of the pre-Transformer "Astro Magnum" toy sold under licence through places like Radio Shack (hence the nickname), similar to how Microman and Diaclone were legitimately sold in Europe (Joustra Diaclone (http://pic.wenwen.soso.com/p/20090915/20090915093718-2119994299.jpg)).
