From memory he was supposed to released as part of a two-pack with the Green Mixmaster figure. Not sure if they confirmed the date though.

Thanks that certainly answers my question but would it ever be released locally?

I hate how its a two pack as i have no interest in the other figure and radically increases the import cost.
