I don't know if you've seen these two before but they just blew me away...

Classics Fort Max http://www.corvusonline.net/customs/ClassicsFortMax.html

Revoltech Soundwave http://www.flickr.com/photos/revlimit/sets/72157601501540404/

And one of the worst repaints ever done (utterly indescribable)

G1 Towline http://pcwr.kt.fc2.com/top13/log192.htm

Actually, he's done a decent job of Towline. Even if the idea itself is somewhat questionable.

I'm impressed by Fort Max!

The original Classics Fort Max done by a user on a Japanese board looks really nice http://www.corvusonline.net/temp_pics/MetroMax02.jpg

It's awesome! And I think it's a neat idea... sort of a reverse of BotCon Ironhide who of course was a repaint/retool of Tow Line, here we have G1 Tow Line who is a repaint of G1 Ironhide with a "retooled" cardboard head. :D
I really like the way that s/he's repainted (stained) the chrome.

I really like the Fort Max kitbash, that wouldve taken a damn lot of time and skill.

I like the Towline repaint, it's pulled off fairly well. Execution is good, it's the idea behind it that is a tithe weird!

One more scratchbuild (I'm sure everyone's already seen this) but this HOS Prime is the S#%T!!! http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/showthread.php?t=124792&page=41 (scroll down a bit)
Made using a milling machine, It's fully transformable & goes for hideously expensive prices on DemonBay

I heard that the guy who made this piece of beauty had recently run into a bit of trouble with his business so that obviously took priority. Quality issues had to be refined before he was happy enough to sell them to interested parties but even so, non-perfect prototypes (from the builder's point of view) went for easily over a grand.

He's also working on a HOS Megs, as of last contact with him through TFW.
You know it'll be just as cool, possibly even cooler, than Lobo's excellent take on it http://www.tfmaster.com/gallery_kb0237.php

(I have not customising talent either, so he obviously hates me too. Let's steal his tarp!)

Just found out the guy building them is taking pre-orders for May shipping.

Take a look at how much he wants for HOS Prime - http://www.cyberfembot.com/SALES/buynow.htm

Not exactly reasonably priced, but it is a scratchbuild.

I got this email from cyberfembot a few days ago.

Hey!
I've got the following kits left.

These are the last ARC kits I'm going to make and they're priced
accordingly. These were the first run pieces for each color and they're the
best of the best.

1x Clear - $500
1x Blue - $500
1x Yellow - $1000
1x Green - $500
1x Pink - $1000

The above kits require a month for assembly

1x Fully Assembled clear piece - $500 (Ready to ship now)

These prices are not negotiable as I'd planned on keeping these for myself.
If you want one badly though it can be yours.

If you have further questions please feel free to ask.

If you're ready to buy now then you can make payment to
cyberfembot@yahoo.com via PayPal

Cheers!
