BAM! Optimus and Megs toys. (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/war-for-cybertron-35/war-for-cybertron-optimus-prime-and-megatron-toy-images-169068/)

Optimus looks a hell of a lot better than the toy in the other image that's been circulating for the last couple of weeks. Megs' hands look a little off (right arm is mistransformed afterall), but looks great regardless.

The amazing look of these figures has pretty much ensured I'll pick up the entire line (lucky for me and my wallet it's been stated it will be a 'limited assortment'). This stuff is on par with Classics in term of my likes.

Megatron is somewhat lacking (appears to be mistransformed) but DAMN! THAT PRIME LOOKS SWEET!!!

I must say, I like. Prime looks pretty chunky, which is cool, Megs is mistransformed, but still looks cool. Even if the game is crap, I will buy these regardless.

Meh to Megatron - I don't care too much for the look of it :(

But Prime on the other hand! OMFG!

He looks awesome, however the cynical side of me tells me that the paint apps will not be quite as glossy on the finished product

But still.... pretty hot! :D

With that big gun on megatron in "vehicle" mode, why don't they just make megatron one big gun? C'mon, why havn't they thought of that before?

Well, he pretty much is really. Everything else is just whatever meat is needed to move the gun around. :)

I'm not liking Megatron, but...

PRIME.

He's so fantastic looking. I really like it.

I think Megatron needs to be in a more dynamic pose to look good like crushing Optimus under his feet then he would look a whole lot better :)

In the trailer for the game, Megs cannon seems to fold away when he has his mace out. I reckon its folded up in his right bicep, where the red is on his arm.

Prime is good, Megatron is nice. Size wise, they look a little complex for Deluxe, but it was stated before that the line was deluxe... Maybe they will Whip out Voyagers for the leaders?

I too am glad this is "limited" release. I am liking what I have seens so far.

Prime looks awesome. I hope they do an Omega and Trypticon

They look pretty good - Prime's definitely better!

The problem with Megatron these days is the designers don't seem to know what exactly his alt mode should be. Should he look like his traditional self (Prime is much easier, since he's a truck who turns into a bot who has 'truck' parts on him)? Or something entirely different? Or maybe... just keep him as a Cybertron vehicle? Too many conflicting options, that are generally rolled in to one, sadly, leaving an obscure and disappointing figure/alt mode for such an iconic and popular character! Megs suffers from not being allowed to be a gun, yet having a bot mode that looks like it could turn in to one (at least, from a cartoon POV)!

There are so many homages to G1 gun Megs... colours, massive cannon, bucket head, etc... but none of them make sense unless he's turning in to a gun. Even a tank doesn't work... generally speaking, how many silver and black tanks are there on earth? I realise this is Cybertron, but it still seems like a pretty odd design, even for an alien craft!

Poor Megatron! :(

Megs on the other hand looks mistransformed. The right hand kinda reminds me of Beast Wars Megs

My verdict on Prime

Now that is how you make a Cybertron mode Prime :)

As for Megatron, will have to wait what he looks like properly transformed in robot mode. But at least this version looks like it has a fully transformable mode compared to Titanium Megs.

But dispite the Titanium Prime's and Megatron's flaws, I still like those figures. But these two in particular look promising, along with Bumblebee.

I think there's even an argument that Megatron would have worked better using Prime's alt mode...his smokestacks could convert into a fusion cannon!

I like both of these designs. Prime, as everyone has said, looks fantastic... Megs kind of reminds me of Cybertron Galvatron (bot mode only), which coincidently was one of my fav toys from that line.

Loving the lack of a "cab" in these Alternate modes.

Megatron is giving me an "animated" feel in his design, its a very meh alt mode, but a decent robot mode. Prime on the otherhand looks fantastic in both modes!

Prime does look nicer... but the colours look doctored to me... here's hoping Hasbro doesn't cheap out with any of the paints (like their notorious flat grey).

They should go galvatron route and make him an artillery piece.

But I'd actually like to see megatron not transform. Yea, hear me out, I'd like to see a totally bad-arse megatron that for-goes his ability to transform by being an armoured, armed to the teeth kill-bot. He has so many modifications that he just can't transform anymore. Give him a jetpack too.

i could get into that he could be so freakin evil and awesome the he doesnt even need to "disguise" himself like the rest of his minions and he rocks up to a battle you know the shits gonna hit the fan :D

That prime is great. probably the most excited ive been for a TF since city commander. I suppose its way to early to estimate when these will hit shelves/ probably a bit after the game release. I'd love an ultra mags repaint =P

New pics of Prime (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/war-for-cybertron-35/new-images-of-the-war-for-cybertron-optimus-prime-figure-169119/) to give an idea of size comparison with Classics Voyager Prime... definitely looks to be deluxe sized:

I never noticed this before. A few similarities (robot mode)with the Cobra tank-Prime from 'G.I. Joe vs Transformers' -
