Glad to hear about Cylconus, he is SOOO expensive. Just a shame that Red Alert wasn't reissued as well. I have one, but so many people missed out on that.

Glad to see the big sets (Metroplex) are sold out, because they had been shelf-warmers for some retailers. Takara deserves as much revenue from these as they can get, to fund new ones. I'm hoping for MetroTitan ehobby version!

I thought they were re-releasing the same toys as before, not repackaging as encore.

I'm not saying it's a repackage of leftover stock - I'm saying that I'm expecting them to follow the same standards with their previous reissue as has been the standard with past re-reissues (e.g.: every reissue of Hot Rod has had metal toes etc.). I would be surpised if re-reissue Predaking was plastic or if re-reissue Metroplex had plastic tyres and no chrome on the thighs. Whether they'll live up to my expectations or not remains to be seen.

Although it's a moot point for me as I have no intention of getting these re-reissues in any case. :p ;)

The prices for Predaking and Sixshot atm are astronomical and out of reach for some.

At least peeps who missed out for whatever reason the first time get a second chance. I won't be squandering this opportunity. :)

I am happy they are re-releasing these toys so that everyone can get an opportunity to get the toys. However I won't go for any since I already have said toys in very good condition with the exception of Primus. Although initially I had no interst in Primus, it has recently a desire to get him has been growing.

I think the exchange rate is better than last time those were released. Still, I'd say that before postage the Australian dollar could do something like $90 for Sixshot and $200 for Predaking.

Same here. Man, the reissue predaking giftset is selling for so much more than a complete vintage set. Though I can understand why - predaking with brand new stickers looks damn awesome @_@

My guess is $200-$250 for predaking and $80-$90 for sixshot.. again, it depends on whether or not these are rumours and the number of them on the assembly line

Pretty much every toy with a metal variation (the Predacons, Hot Rod, Ultra Magnus, Frenzy etc.) has been reissued with metal except the Combaticons.
