Hi guys, I need some help according to a friend of mine from the US to become a supporter, I need to join paypal, so I asked my neighbor about it and he said he would do it for me but the problem was he would have to join an overseas board and I don't think that they would alow it.

So my question to you is how do I join this paypal?:confused:

Go to Paypal.com.au, and fill in your details. You need a bank account or a credit card. Thats how it was for me, it may have changed in the last couple of years.
