Haven't seem them in a long time but K-Mart used to be the best bet.

If I remember correctly these were K-mart exclusives. They have been long gone from the couple of K-marts that I normally visit. If you can't find any in the Transformers section, try the plush/soft toys section. I remember a few K-marts used to move their left-overs there.

I can't even remember how much they sold for back when I got them, but I think it was around $12 each... might've been a sale at the time though.
