Not sure how widespread this is, but noticed at the BigW at Garden City, they had two shelf tags with 'Manager's Special' on them.

Deluxe - $23.24 (reg $24.66) until 23/4
RPM Minivehicle single packs - $6.74 (reg $8.88) until 11/6
