Well this is my first review so just copied the same heading as everyone else, anyway here it goes

Review - TF-03 1 Meter Optimus Prime Tower With Speaker Head
Series - Speaker Towers?
Size - Approx 43"
New/remould/redeco - New
Wave - ???
Released here - No only online
Approximate Retail Price - 299.99 US - $450.00 US from online stores
Approximate Size - 43"
Allegiance - Autobot
Alt-mode - None
Main Features/Gimmicks - Speakers In Optimus's Head
Main Colors - Red, Blue, Silver
Main Accessories - USB Cables, Gun, Smoke-stacks
Difficulty - 2 Just attach legs and head
Stability - Stands just fine on his own
Poseability/articulation - His arms move but for some reason of you move one they both move, the legs move but only where you attach them together
Playability - Limited mainly used as a speaker and for shock value as a giant ass transformer
My Thoughts - Its pritty cool detailed after the MP Prime, will look good in anyone’s collection if they have the room for him
Overall - Its hard to say i bought it because of his size and the way he looked, it is cool but for the same amount of money you could buy a decent amount of new transformers. Its to you but im happy with him

Is the headpiece the only speakers?? How do one control the volume?

It's illegal to import replica firearms into SA, but once it's in Australia then it's perfectly legal to own! :) Having said that, I don't think Optimus Prime's rifle classifies as a replica firearm considering it's not based on a real gun like Megatron. :p

That gun is the coolest thing about that kit IMO. The fact that it dwarfs Fortress Maximus is mighty impressive too! (Fort Max is literally only 55% of that Optimus Prime tower's height!)

It's not something I'd get cos it's just too expensive and would take up what little spare space I have in my TF room. But hey, if you got it you might as well flaunt it (I would!)! :D

Ah carp didn't take a pic of that but there is a on / off switch on the back of his head and also a volume control


How do the speakers sound?

There ok only used them once, also when you plug the USB cabel into the back of his head his eyes light up blue

Yea sort of, 1/2 to show off and the other 1/2 because when i was looking at getting mine it was so hard to find anyone who owned one. Also couldn't find any good pictures of him as all the pictures on the robotkingdom web site made him look like crap and all the other web site use the same pictures. This way people can see what he looks like up close and know what he is like

That's a nice touch! would be bonus if it strobe in sync with the audio out :) perhaps a mod? :D

And you are right, the RK pictures don't do it any justice at all.

And yea i bought the last one robot kingdom had :D but you can still get Ultra Magnus or Nemesis Prime

And all up he is about 15 - 20kg

Mebbe you can get a UM too rampagesss and then display them at the collection room door like guards - kinda like the 2 kings in the LOTR though you cant pose em with one hand raised saying "STOP right there!" like those statues:)

Or get both Ultra Magnus and Nemesis Prime, then pose all three of them with their hands up like The Supremes (http://scherriepayneandlyndalaurence.com/Supremes2000f.jpg): "STOP! In the naaaaame of loooove!" ;)
