I'm guessing "off all full priced toys" means that they'll be excluding sale items, but are there any catches like "must spend a minimum of x dollars"?

I've been told the RPM Power Ranger Zords are pretty nice. And they are the first Zords I've seen in Australia since... forever? So, I may use this chance to do that... and maybe get RoTF Megs. :)
