Am going to be angry if these aren't modelled on the BC2/Call of Duty style preorder bonus - you get stuff from the start that is available to everyone after some progression through the game.

It's unlocked from the start. Otherwise it can take ages to unlock it in multi-player.

Having things instantly unlocked takes away from the experience for me, the satisfaction in saying "yeah, I did it".
I'd rather a WFC toy instead. Ah well. So I'm guessing this is another "multiplayer only" character?

Its the pro and con of DLC I guess. I have been thinking about all this latley. Is it better to have extra bits able to add on later or just have it all included in the game?

I assume that since there are so many of the store exclusive characters, it means that depending on where you go, you wont have to buy that skin, so it is esentially a freebie of sorts. But personally I would prefer it if these things were in the game in the first place...

I get depressed over the DLC. 3 multiplayer exclusives most likely going to EB, Game, JB.

Looking at bioshock 2, EB had 2 exclusive multiplayer characters for ordering with them. The new DLC that was released for online multiplayer didnt unlock them. (but they're bastards anyway since the DLC is already on the disk and they're charging you for content on the disk you paid for)

Completely agree with DarkHyren on this. I think all this DLC is just BS and breeds lazy programmers who can't be arsed making a 100% complete game when released.

I do like the breakdancing conversion Jazz has, that is a nice touch. Maybe he snaps in half when you kill a Jazz player too.

My thoughts exactly, seems like these "exclusives" are really just marketing gimmicks. A gamer shouldn't have to get a million versions of a single game just to get all the characters.
