Is this an Animation cell of Fantastic 4?

I've never really held an animation cell before and was wondering if this is?

If I recall correctly, its an animation cell which was included with select issues of Marvel comics back in the mid-late 90s when the cartoon was showing. Depending on the comic, you either got a Fantastic 4 cell or an Iron Man cell (both cartoons were part of the Marvel action hour showing at the time).

Ive got something like that with one of my Amazing Spiderman comics but its from the 90's Spidey cartoon and i would say its just a copy of one of the cells from the cartoon and then mass produced thats just a guess though so i could be totally wrong

Ah cool. I bought a second hand Comic book a long while ago, think it was an Azrael or Batman comic, and it was inside its pages. Probably put in there by it's previous owners. Thanks for the help.
