JP Animated Wave 3 out now (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/animated-8/wave-three-of-animated-hits-japan-169756/) - the three Dinobots and Blackout.
Anyone wanting some Blackout luvvin' should probably start looking into it about now, he looks to be a JP-only release and is supposedly in pretty high demand from the natives to boot.:(

Glad I pre-ordered months ago.
Paid for him yesterday, now for the long wait (I wish I had splurged for EMS instead of being a cheapskate and going SAL :p)

While I still would prefer an American release to keep all my toys looking the same (though I do have a mix of Classics, Universe and Henkei), I am a bit sad that I failed to order this sucker.

About 6 months ago I would have loved to get Blackout. Have moved on from Animated since. You can't top Arcee ;)

Animated Blackout's Bio translated:

Blackout is the biggest of all soldiers in the Decepticon army. His mission is of critical importance. First, he’ll secretly infiltrate a target planet. After the opponent’s communications capabilities have been paralyzed and the enemy is in chaos, a full-blown invasion will begin. Up against him, mechanical bodies are nothing more than a burden!
