Sighted at two Toyworlds in SEQ (Gold Coast, Brisbane), the first wave of Generations toys by Tallestblue and Major K.

Tallestblue also sighting the new Movie Activators (like the Animated Activators, but with Movie characters Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee).

Photo and Toyworld price ($30) for both Generations Deluxes and Activators, from Karniv8l Prime - toys now sighted at 2 Perth stores.

I may get Thrust as I like what Hasbro did with it. It would also be good to have a Thrust to play with that doesn't cost a leg and an arm.

I will get Drift because he is a cool toy even if the characters suck. He seems kind of like Wheelie as in being a crap character but still a must have given how ridiculously crap he is.

For toy players like Gok, he is also priceless as far as comedy value goes...

BTW: Is that Prime pink? or is it the camera flash? It looks 'cheaper' than that photo toy review we saw recently.

It seemed that the ROTF Activators are a lot bigger than Animated Activators, almost deluxe size. At least the size of ROTF Dirge.
So we won't be getting an in scale bumblebee to go with our Deluxe Ironhide and Voyager Prime.

Cautious would be a better word because I am not worried, more of skepticism. Given Hasbro's obsession in the last few years of making Prime 'pink' and overall cheapness when it comes to paint apps, I believe cautiousness is justified but having said that, I am glad that it's confirmed that this toy has proper colors.

Hasbro still has some way to go if they want to regain my confidence ;)

Edit: I actually tried it and only a couple of recent posts are mine with most being from other people. There are a couple of others by me but they are out of context as they refer to Drinking pink Juice as Energon!

According to JustOwen, prices for the Generations toys at the Brisbane Toyworld is $25, so they should be normal Deluxe prices at other stores as well.

Big W at Garden City had Bumblee for $25, however they did not have Optimus Prime. Rather TRU had it for $30.

So I bought Bumblee at Big W, went to TRU and said 'I forgot to buy Optimus Prime' at Big W. I note you have a Price Match policy. Can you match it and I gave her the invoice.... and she did!

Wouldn't surprise me if Rouse Hill had sold out as well. When I picked mine up last weekend, there was someone else scouting around for them. When I left, they only had a couple of Thrust and Drift. I'm sure they'll restock soon.

hope so, i was at big w narellan, i was after thrust, but they only had 3 generations toys, two optimus' and one bb, and a crap load of rotf toys:(

Yeah I have not heard of any reports of Generation toys at other stores. Perhaps they were not picked up?
