To restore what I assume to be a yellowed Red Alert with paint chips on it's metal die cast, you will need the following:

- 600ml of Hydrogen Peroxide (concentration of 6% or more). You can buy this at any pharmacy.
- A glass jar which can be sealed by a lid.
- Tamiya gloss white paint or paint pen. You can get this from hobby stores, Tumbrol paint also works.
- Fine paint brush
- Red Alert Reprolabels (http://reprolabels.com/Autobots/redalert.php)
- Autobot Rubsigns (http://reprolabels.com/Symbols/rsaut.php)

To repair the yellowed plastic, disassemble the figure and place the yellowed plastic into the clear glass jar of Hydrogen Peroxide and leave it exposed to sunlight (or a UV lamp) for a few days until it whitens - This process can take several days depending on H2O2 concentration and the type of plastic.

When it comes to repairing chipped paint from the white die cast, only paint the chipped bits not the full body. You will be surprised as how well the paint 'merges' with the rest of the surface once it dries but this works if you only paint over the chips.

As mentioned, you can get repro stickers from Reprolabels.com (http://reprolabels.com/main.php) for most US released G1 toys and some European/Japanese. They also sell rub signs.
