The one BotCon litho that made it to the convention, has been put up on the artist's website.

From memory isn't the Elite Guard from the early days of the G1 Universe?
I get the feeling that they're in the Elite Guard in order to build toward something. Maybe a reason why there is no more Elite Guard in the later G1 Universe?

I've tried and failed. I've been looking everywhere for a list.

Sprocket, Rumbler, Tap-Out, Blast Off, Onslaught, Swindle, Brawl, Blacker/Gripper, Braver/Lightspeed,, Laster/Flame,, Crosscut,,, Powerflash, Vortex, Heavy Metal War Hologram, Delta Seeker, Metalhawk, Roadfire, Dion, Kup, Thunderclash, Flak, Landshark, Sentinel Minor/Prime,,, Over-Run, Pre-Toy Fair Hubcap, Ironfist.
I think some of the ones I don't recognise are characters from this year's Botcon comic. (Which I haven't read.)

I haven't had a good look at the poster yet, as I was going to do that when I got home, but lost it on the way home... :(
But, since there were a heap of new characters listed at the Collector Club panel at BotCon, it is likely that a number of them are in the poster (so won't be recognisable).
The Elite Guard concept is retconned into Gen1 - at least, I don't recall it ever being mentioned before Animated.
And as for the Combaticons being part of the Autobot Elite Guard - that's part of the plot in this year's Club Magazine comic. We just have to find out if they change sides by choice, were always Decepticons infitrating the Elite Guard (like Shockwave), or if they were converted/reprogrammed into Decepticons.

Is that Mindwipe sort of swooping at the back there?

Nah That would be Blast-Off.

Sucks about the Litho. :(
Everything else is what I was trying to say, but you said it so much better. :)
This Elite Guard is from the early days of the G1 Universe. The Elite Guard as a concept was from Animated and ported over to the Gen1 Universe, and has so far done a pretty good job of placing the non-American G1 figures into the G1 Universe (Thunderclash, Metalhawk, Lightspeed, etc)
And Griffin's explained the Combaticons best of all. I'm thinking they're mercenaries, initially noble, but are persuaded to side with the Decepticons. Or they're Autobots, who ultimately rebel against their masters, choosing instead to fight for those that "respect" their abilities. It is this rebellion which got them imprisoned (nod to their origins in Starscream's Brigade).
