There are probably a lot of soiled seats in the panel room now, as most fans there wet themselves with excitement over all the new stuff shown.
Just about everything had rub signs on their concept art - not sure if they are coming back though (I will try to ask)
Legends class
G1 Optimus
G1 Starscream
G1 Prowl
G1 Megatron (proper G1 gun form - can even be held by MP Starscream)
Scout class
G1 Windcharger
Deluxe Class
Generations
Skullgrin - grey Darkmount redeco with G1 Skullgrin head
Scourge - stealth bomber, to complete the set of three movie Deceps in Deluxe form.
WFC Cliffjumper - Bumblebee redeco and new head
Thunderwing - similar Gen1 jet mode (Energon Megatron jet mode) WITH detatchable nose drone, similar to the actual Gen1 Thunderwing toy.
Tracks - even has the wings in car mode
Deluxe Class
HFTD
Tomahawk - and new head design shown
Terradive - also showed new head design for the later redeco
Mindset - Gen2 character (under Jhiaxus) using Hailstorm mould.
Fallback - can't get Outback name, but is that character, using Brawn mould
Maybe Generations, maybe HFTD
Gen1 Jazz - Gen1 form in both modes, including pop out speakers like in the cartoon.
Perceptor - Gen1 robot form, half-track vehicle alt-mode. Has shoulder cannon and flip open chest panel like Gen1 form. Redeco planned - Reflector.
Voyager
HFTD
(Blue) Fallen - Has a new head (show me your face scene), and will be a darker blue than the one in the display case.
Grapple - Universe Inferno mould with crane, new head and feet.
Highbrow - new Autobot twin-propellor plane in display case
Lugnut (I know someone here will be a happy little fanboy :p ) - similar to Lockdown, it is styled on the Animated version, with a more 'realistic' alt-mode.
PowerCore Combiners
2-pack
HeavyTread (Tank) w/ Groundspike (Autobot?)
Skyham(m)er (fighter jet) w/ Airlift (Decepticon)
5-pack
Steamhammer w/ Constructicons (construction vehicles of different colours)
Grimstone w/ Dinobots!!!! (dinosaurs - Grimstone is a Pachysaur (like JP Beast Wars Hardhead))
(not too Gen1 looking dino modes or colours)
Designer Aaron Archer then presented their story focus/mythology for the next several years (from where WFC and Exodus were born).
He showed us some of the first 13 (character art, no toys... at least not for a while).
Alpha Trion
Liege Maximo
Vector Prime
Prima (keeper/creator of the Matrix - Warrior of Light)
Megatronus (face is meant to look like the Decepticon logo - the 'god' that Megatron aspires to become)
The Fallen (once known as Megatronus - maybe the same character)
The rest are still a mystery (to us fans) at this time.
Each are 'Huge Epic Gods', so if a Toy is ever done for each, it will be big.
No more WFC toys are planned or expected, as they want to see how succesful the game is first. (which means at least a year minimum for more toys)
No Prime toys revealed - maybe not planning to release any when the show starts?

The game seems fairly popular in these early stages with the daily cycle on PS3 alone hitting over 6000 players.

A lot of concept pics had rubsigns on the toys, so maybe they are returning to the toyline (Generations and Autobot Alliance toys).
One of the designers hinted at a Kup toy soon...
The blue Classics/Henkei Bumblebee toy seen a couple months back is not from Hasbro.
Success of Animated in Japan will not see any new moulds - only moulds created by Hasbro will be released, no matter how successful the series is in Japan.
Aaron Archer is now looking at revisiting Beast Wars, because of Dinobot winning the fan-voted Hall of Fame award.
An easter egg with the new Battle Ops Bumblebee toy - a button on one of the front wheels, plays the TFs theme-song on the first press, and plays more on the third press.

Wow, there are some really good / interesting toys coming up. Particularly looking forward to those new legends and Tracks. Not surprised about a WFC Cliffjumper though... it had to happen
EDIT: Just thought to myself if those legend class toys are going to have rub signs, where in the heck are they going to put them? They'd be tiny. Sure, even the original G1 minibots had 'em, but because of their 'blocky' designs it made it possible. With today's articulation in Transformer toys, it's going to be really interesting how they pull this off.

It was also mentioned that the Hasbro designers want to do more Human and Cassette figures.
They better pull their finger out on the cassettes as Shadow Warrior is already out there.
It would be nice if the human figures were G1 in the HA line. Bumblebee w/Spike, Chip Chase w/Trailbreaker etc. I am sure even Animated characters could get some love in HA.
I love the HA concept and it should be expanded. Plus it is the closest thing to a M.A.S.K revival :)

It's a lot like the Skystalker jet, but more triangular (longer nose). It's very curved/stealthy, but definitely a jet. The head is Gen1, and the gun looks like a combination of his two guns (doesn't turn into a targetmaster, but looks a bit like his targetmaster gun).
Probably all bought, and maybe the Kup too...oh my poor bank balance.:(
How G1-esque was Scourge btw?
Has the robot mode and colours, but the jet mode might put off some - it looks good as a jet, but isn't a 'hovercraft' looking jet mode that the Gen1 toy had.
Any guesses as to who the remolds will be @Griff?
Most they don't yet know or want to mention. In the case of original characters, they seem to just create heads that look nice, and then think up a character later.
It was also mentioned that the Hasbro designers want to do more Human and Cassette figures.
That was in response to a question about what the designers would love to do if they could. It doesn't mean that they are able to do any, as it would be their bosses deciding a series/theme or figures.

Yes, but Hasbro were saying some time ago that the main line was not just Movie characters - so I guess this is definite proof of that, and begs the question... what's the point of 'Generations' if the main line is gonna end up having other eras in it anyway?
I think they shouldn't have restricted Generations to one size class (probably necessary to not look like flooding of assortments to the retailers), because now there is no plausable reason for a separate deluxe line.

I think they shouldn't have restricted Generations to one size class (probably necessary to not look like flooding of assortments to the retailers), because now there is no plausable reason for a separate deluxe line. I think the Generations line exists because Hasbro wants the Generations toys (being G1/G2) to be distinct from the movie and neo-movie figures in the TF2010/HFTD line. As for why Generations doesn't have other size classes, I think it's because Hasbro will only do a handful of G1/G2-based figures in these other size classes, while Movie and neo-movie characters (like Breacher, Hubcap, Highbrow and Lugnut) will get the lion's share of these classes.
So far, we have three, maybe five G1-themed Legends (if you count Tracker Hound and Sandstorm), 1 G1 Scout (Windcharger) and 1 definite G1 Voyager (Grapple). Hardly enough to justify having these size classes in Generations as well.
