TakaraTomy is releasing the movie Elita-1 under their Autobot Alliance toyline, however instead of a repaint of Chromia like Hasbro it's a repaint of Arcee (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/takara-aa08-elita1-revealed/19096/) in pink-ish red and gold

this is getting confusing, so I guess you can use two Arcee's and a Chromia to make the combined mode

Wow. 2 attempts and they still can't get it right. How hard is it to create a purple Chromia repaint with a different head?

Not sure which character its meant to be, but by the looks of it, It's the best paintjob on one of the ROTF Bikebots so far. Almost makes me want to buy that crummy mold.

So wait.... we have all the pieces to make the combiner now? Or did they decide not to produce the extra connector bits to make a combiner, since it wasn't shown in the movie?

though i am loving the use of the arcee mold for this. i do not see how they can get a simple word like PURPLE so confused.
