That's an awesome resource Griffin! The way you've taken and arranged your photos really makes me feel like i was there; a stark contrast to the other major website galleries.
Best of all it's easily digestible too! Thanks :)

I'm liking the digestable format! :D
Some of the fan creations are funny, like the Transformers Vs Gobots picture, and Masterpiece Pepsi Prime vs. MP Dispensor. Quite clever.
Some minor discrepancies:
+ "Hideaki Yoki" / "Yoki-san" ---> His name is actually Hideaki Yoke. Although I guess a lot of Americans would probably pronounce "Yoke" as "Yoki".
+ "Kobiashi was pointed out in the audience, who designs most of the Masterpiece Transformers." ---> I think you meant "Kobayashi." His given name is Hironori. (Kobayashi Hironori (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Hironori_Kobayashi)) :)
+ Some of the "next page" and "return to" page hyperlinks don't work.
+ Then first two photos on the Saturday Night Hall of Fame Awards Dinner aren't showing up for me

I'll check where those pics are, and will fix up names if I get the chance.

Hasbro Designers panel is now the last TFs related page to do, and will work on that when I get home tonight.
Tomorrow I have to post stuff, so the non-TFs pages will be later this week.

I always love reading the annual writeups, and living vicariously through reading it, lol.
There's often just SO much news and photos and information posted on Tfw2005 and seibertron etc at the con or shortly after, that its real easy to 'miss' some important details, especially on panels.
Thanks for the work putting it up Griffin!

Yep, thanks for the write up griffin. Even some pictures I hadn't seen before.
Is there a purchase topic coming up as well, or did I miss it

Pics have been fixed, thanks.
And the names were my mistake, not the Americans (I musta just guessed and ran with it, instead of checking all the documented BotCon sources of Yoke-san's name.

Most of the details of my own purchases, will be in the 'diary' pages at the top of the list (which aren't done yet). I just wanted to get the TFs stuff done as quickly as possible, while it is still fresh enough to be of interest to others.
The final Haul photo was included it in the Pre-registration pickup page (http://www.toycollectors.com.au/bc10/bc10pre.html), but a more thorough account will be in the Wednesday-to-Monday page when it is done.
I also included purchase pics in my BotCon topic in the Creative section.

great report, such a wealth of information that most sites don't seem to bother with if it isn't a new toy and thus not "news worthy"

Wait no more...
Although, there wasn't much else to mention that I didn't already post in the existing news topic.
There was so much being thrown at us in such short space of time with that panel (and I had my head going up and down writing as much as I could - so I didn't get as much time to stare at the slides as everyone else).

"GoBots" aren't really a 'defeated rival' in Japan though. Machine Robo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8tGmdYXisM), a franchise owned by Bandai - are still ongoing in Japan (with the current series being Machine Robo Mugenbine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machine_Robo_Mugenbine)).

Can I ask more about your impressions from the Hasbro Designers panel on the Dinobots?
Grimstone w/ Dinobots!!!! (dinosaurs - Grimstone is a Pachysaur (like JP Beast Wars Hardhead))
(not too Gen1 looking dino modes or colours)
So little was said about these (that I read, at least) on TFW2005, and no photos. Its great to have a return to some beast characters, but are they dinobot in name only? Also, what do the limbs transform into - claws, etc like earlier PCC, or are they other types of weapons?
It might be nice, should that wave sell, to at least see them repainted in G1 colours, even if the dino modes don't quite match the original counterparts. Did they give any reason for the name of Grimstone? I'd hate to think that Grimlock might be lost as a trademark!

They have the trademark (http://www.transformertoys.co.uk/content.php?/transformers-trademarks/USPTO/75168404/grimlock/grimlock.html) for another 8 years.

The last time they weren't able to use a concept for a toy (Animated Constructicons/Devastator) was because of their usage in the upcoming TF2 movie. (or perhaps Hasbro don't want Grimlock tied to their offshoot PCC line, if they have grander plans for it later)
The drone limbs were the same spring-loaded gimmick, so don't expect too much from their limb-forms. Their dino-modes seemed more generic than homage, to be able to form limbs without too much dino-kibble getting in the way. Quite a few colours too - don't think 'gen1 grey'.

Well that's a relief then. Here's hoping Grimlock is reserved for a g1 repaint homage then!

All links in the first post are now active, and the main page of the report (http://www.toycollectors.com.au/bc10/bc10intro.html)is now up.

BotCon have now decided to release a proper biocard for Ravage.
http://twitpic.com/27mpp9
It's just the same as their Magazine Bio, but now with Stat numbers.
(I'll have to swap it over in my report later, just to be sure I don't get in trouble for scanning the one in the Magazine)
