It's too bad they didn't use the Samurai Armour mold - it doesn't makes sense for Prowl to give up his armour for elite guard status!

I'm sure you could make some excuse for it.
Maybe he has been rebuilt and given new life from the All Spark on Cybertron at the end of the series. So he doesn't have his armour

What, Prowl wouldn't give up the armour that he wilfully gave up in the very same episode that he got it? I'd say it makes far less sense that Prowl would ever be a part of the Elite Guard. (Particularly after the events of Endgame Part II.)

It came with the original. Perhaps it is part of the same mould

Traffic lights in Japan are white. :) image (http://portal.nifty.com/cms_image/portal/koneta/090509099530/03.jpg) -- of course, the great debate with Japanese lights is the colour of that go signal... is that green or blue?!? Yeah, messes with your mind it does. ;)

I'd say a bit of both.. Turquoise means GO! Amber means HAVE A GO!
