Well since i bought a G1 Bluestreak to replace my reissue i deceided to repaint the reissue into the Diaclone Blue Bluestreak. Am very happy with him just have to paint his head crest thing yellow then hes all done

Good work. You just need to paint the eyes in golden-yellow and paint the launchers white. (reference (http://diaclone.net/orid/dia042/index.html))

That Bluestreak is looking fantastic! He has this really attractive flare to him. It really magnifies the personality of the toy with the alternating colors and the shine of the blue.

Thanks everyone for your kind words :D I am very happy with him turned out better than i had hoped!

Its a easy custom if anyone wants to give it a go, all you need is a Bluestreak, a smokescreen for the white inner parts and a can of Tamiya TS-50 mica blue and a can of TS-30 silver leaf and there you go :D

wow man.. you have saved a tonne of cash doing these projects!!
but for true diaclone styling, it shouldnt have any autobot insignias right?

anyways, great work as usual and thanks for the cookbook tips too!
need to get me some Tamiya TS-50 mica blue and TS-30 silver leaf!!

That is beautiful!!! How did you paint the roof and boot so neatly avoiding paint on the windows. It is so neat it looks like a factory job. Well done.
