Belated I know, but it's currently sitting on my desk and I've been messing around with it, and saw there was no thread. Now, using griffin's template here...
Toy Review - Thrust
Series - Revenge of the Fallen
Sub-line - None
Size - Deluxe
New/remould/redeco - remould (new head)
Wave - 4
Approximate Retail Price - $25-30
Approximate Size - 15cm
Allegiance - Decepticon
Alt-mode - Almost an F35B JSF
Main Features/Gimmicks - Mech-Alive rotating forearm cannon.
Main Colours - 'Thrust' maroon (that is a colour now), silver, black
Main Accessories - none
Jet mode is great. It is very close to, but not quite, an F35. Kibble isn't that bad, it is a tad blocky but it doesn't stick too far out of the bottom of the jet. It's better than most jet-formers. The black symbols on the wings emulate the VTOL thrusters on the original thrust (but are merely paint apps - no new molding or anything).
Robot mode is nice - the transformation is essentially the jet mode bending in half downwards and sprouting legs and arms. The right arm has a forearm mounting minigun cannon thing in what is a callback to the arm mounted guns the original seekers had. There are WFC style bright orange highlights on the figure (shoulders, torso, knees). Poseability is great, and the new head is fitting for the character (sleek, sharp). My only gripe is the feet - the toes look kind of out of place.
Definitely worth a buy - I'd give it a solid 8.5/10. He poses well with Dirge, and makes me yearn from a movie styled Ramjet as a deluxe (hop to it Hasbro!)
