People on the Global Fan forums have been scouring through Hasbro's instructions archive, in a race to find uploaded instructions of toys yet to be released (people running the Hasbro website may not know the release schedule). A few recent finds are upcoming redecos and new head-resculpts for future redecos, but an odd one to suddenly appear is an Animated Activator redeco of Soundwave, called Electromagnetic Soundwave (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-hunt-for-the-decepticons-and-animated-activators-discovered/19596/).
Before Hasbro canned the general release of the Animated line, only one deco of Activator Soundwave was released. TakaraTomy have released a redeco in the 'Soundblaster' colours, but this one appears to be a pale colour scheme - possibly white (the instructions photo is B&W).
If this does see a release by Hasbro, odds are it is likely to be a store exclusive somewhere, and due to the size/retail price, is likely to be at one of smaller US Chainstores that often have Minicons/Legends/Scout redecos/repacks.
It's another interesting/puzzling last gasp from a line that ended before its time...
