I am presumably one of the few people interested in this three pack. Not only do I not have any versions of these toys, one of them, Repugnus, represents a new species for my dinosaur transformer collection (Spinosaurus, not a 'dinosaur monster' as griffin listed).

I got it for $30, $5 less than the price listed above.

First, Repugnus. Until the advent of the movies, the Undermine/Repugnus mold would likely have been the weirdest robot mode ever made. The head is formed from the Spinosaurus' sail. As such, it cannot move. He's also got four arms, two of which are the dinosaur arms. I prefer his beast mode, as it can do more interesting poses than the robot mode solely because the head can move somewhat. Another aspect I like are the colours. They're sort of a homage to the original Repugnus, but they're also rather reminiscent of the classic Dinobot colours (and also of the future Fireblast Grimlock activator).

I wanted to like Scattorshot. I really like his character (on account of being a paranoid computer programmer with heaps of guns), and he's got a neat alt mode. Unfortunately, the robot mode ruins it for me solely because he is almost static below the waist. He can only moves his legs to the side. No proper knees or hip joints. The other two have these, why doesn't Scattorshot? Though I do like his missiles-it's rare to see them on scout-sized transformers.

When I got the pack, I didn't even care about Ransack GTS. Strangely, though, he's become my favourite figure of the three. He's got a neat alt mode, a simple but effective transformation, and a good robot mode. It's interesting how his colours are nearly identical to those of Animated Prowl-maybe this repaint was supposed to be a test or something. What makes the toy for me, though, is the smirk on Ransack's face. I just love this little touch of character, particularly after Scattorshot's flat face and Repugnus just being weird as hell.

One thing to note for all three is that the joints really vary in how tight they are. Ransack has some very loose parts (one heel spur, for example), and Repugnus is tight in some joints. Scattorshot lands in the middle, but still has some joints tighter than others.

I'm not sure whether this is notable, but the planet symbols on the cyber keys are in fact chromed!

Yeah, I already have the original versions of all these moulds and I suspect most others too do. So not surprisingly I'm seeing this set shelf-warm everywhere.
