TF3 Name Revealed?

As reported on TFW, there have been several listings on Amazon for books using the title Transformers: The Dark Of The Moon and are scheduled for release just prior to the third instalment of the movie.

Backing this up, the domain www.transformersthedarkofthemoonmovie.com was recently registered on the 13th of September so this all looks to be official.

What are everyone's thoughts on the new title?

Haha when im bored at work I drop by and read some of the posts at TFW pretty amusing.

As long as I enjoy the movie I'm not too worried by the name!

That was the first thing that popped into my head. It definately sounds like our moon could be Unicron :(

As awesome as it would be to see unicron in this i think the character is just to much and wouldn't be done right. the title probably has something to do with shockwave and his troops and their betrayal of megatron

I keep thinking that the title is Dark Side Of The Moon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dark_Side_of_the_Moon) :o :D The Dark Of The Moon just doesn't sit right with me... it sounds like broken english.

Unicron's a planet(oid), not a moon. He eats moons! I suppose they could call the moon Dead End. LOL I just the funniest vision in my head about all the Transformers telling "ghost stories" about Unicron and getting scared, then finding out Unicron is heading for Earth they break into panic only to be confronted by a Stapler... The comedic potential is HUGE:D

when i first heard it i thought it was broken english but the more i hear it the fonder i become. i actually think it is apretty good movie subtitle. and it doesnt really matter anyways cos the actuall movie is all that really matters
