Who says that he 'hates' fighting? I'm sure that he doesn't necessarily enjoy it - most Autobots don't - but they fight when they need to.

You're thinking about Groove, who like Beachcomber, is a pacifist. In the G1 cartoon the writers portrayed First Aid as being a pacifist when it should've been Groove. But as you can see in his original tech specs there's nothing about him being a pacifist.

The cartoon writers gave First Aid Groove's persona my mistake, hence making him a pacifist. I think you'll find that is what Roller is referring to.
