I can't love this Starscream mold anymore after playing with the leader class.

That said the jet mode is lovely stuff. The cockpit and nose propotions on this are better than the leader (more realistic - cockpit slightly more bulbous and raised)

Both characters are so ugly they deserve each other ;)

whats up with starscream's hands hanging out of his ass in alt mode?

The recession related budget cuts that Hasbro got hit with just before they started mass producing the first waves of ROTF toys - the early protos had them fold in half to hide (and also had the missile launchers popping up out of the forearms).

Similar stuff also happened to Leader Prime - he had tyres that split like the CG model, articulated hands and more stuff folding away in bot mode in the protos.

Unfortunately, the USD isn't going to help that situation.

I find all of the multipacks released around this time to be pointless and utterly hideous.

Eh. For the price of a voyager you can get a voyager and deluxe with basically slightly changed colour schemes.

Can't see them holding any interest for people that already have the toys.

Considering how much of a shelf warmer mudflap is in my area (second only to ravage), and his terrible role in the movie, I dont think it'll interest many people regardless!
