Most sad indeed. :( One of my favourite movie quotes from Nielsen:
"Can you fly this plane, and land it?"
"Surely you can't be serious."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
:D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A5t5_O8hdA Thanks for the laughs Leslie.

He made me laugh alot, considering I picked up Police Squad on DVD recently, and Wrongfully Accused, and Naked gun 1,2,3. And all the others I want, like Dracula: Dead and Loving It. He had a knack of making people laugh, and he certainly made parodies before they became popular.

He will be missed. :(

A sad day indeed:(
This is one of my personal favourite quotes
Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen): It's true what they say: Cops and women don't mix. It's like eating a spoonful of Drano; sure, it'll clean you out, but it'll leave you hollow inside.

Damn, I log into Ozformers and this is what I find :(. Any movie he was in you knew was going to have at least a couple of laughs in it. Even Surf Ninjas. My favourite quote of his is from Scary Movie 3 were his plays the president "Sir! step away from the window! What? Did I forget to put my pants on again?" Makes me laugh everytime.

I will miss him. I thought he really helped 'Super-hero movie' move from watchable, to kinda funny. Which is saying a lot!
Great guy, so many laughs and such a long career!
I too love that "Shirley" line as well. I often bust it out at parties to show how classic old movies can be.
Still makes me laugh just thinking about it!

I will miss the man.
I love and have the Naked Gun trilogy and Spy Hard.
Still need to find Dracula: Dead and Lovin' It for my Mel Brooks collection which I will combine with my Leslie Neilsen collection as a tribute.
I even loved his role as the paranoid President in Scary Movie 3...
He will be missed (see I said it twice).

It's a trade show for people and business who trade in bartercard dollars (it's kinda like play money)
Yeah and it was right under your nose... It was at the Ribbonwood centre
