Are the new RtS rubsigns smaller?

I was fiddling with windcharger and chopsaw just now and felt that the new RtS rubsigns (at least on these scouts) are smaller than those on classics/g1 toys. I don't have any toys to compare with at my place now so can anybody verify for me?:D
