Well.... here's a tip, don't change your mind about how you're going to approach a custom halfway through work on it.
This was made from a Classics Acid Storm, which had originally been turned into Thundercracker, so in some areas there's at least three coats of paint on him.
It's a combination of a couple of custom classics Blitzwings I have found on the 'net.
The tank bits were taken from a movie Brawl. I cut the turret off Brawl's arm and stuck it on the little turret on top of the main turret.
The turret is not secured (yet!). When it's in plane mode the jet holds the turret down. In tank mode it sits on top of the body, and in robot mode the nosecone holds it in place.
No alt mode pics yet: I want to let the paint and superglue dry.

I initially planned for Blitzwing to have the Seeker cockpit chest, but changed my mind to 1) avoid having the turret magically disappear for transformation; and 2) to give him a broader chest and to set him apart from the Seekers.
I swapped his forearms so his elbows bent the right way in bot mode; alas this means they do not fit as snugly in plane mode as before.
I also rotated his legs. In the photos above he can't bend his knees. However, if you rotate his lower legs so he looks more like the toy i.e tail fins for feet, he can bend his knees.
I think the chest could do with some reprolabels.
