Hmmm... interesting. So they're showing up in Kmarts now. So... if Kmart, Big W and Myer are stocking wave 2, that only leaves Target as the only hope that wave 1 (Jazz and Tracks) will ever show up locally. I don't like those odds for anyone that didn't buy online.

Perceptor is a bit fiddly but his robot mode is a great tribute to G1

Soundwave is a great fun toy. Lots of enjoyment from bot to alt mode and back again :)

So I have arrived back in HK from Singapore and again Singapore is awesome for TF

TF United have just been launched and surprisingly Lugnut was in HOT demand.

I purchased the following goodness :)
- KO Versions of Classisc Sunstorm, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Ghost Starscream for $20 SGD
- Henkei Optimus Prime + Fansproject trailer J (so I finally have my first Fansproject add-on for Primes)
- Fansproject Warbot AKA Springer
- Henkei Hound
- TF Generations Blurr (best looking IMO)

After seeing Tracks/Jazz I can vouch that they are absolutely stunning!

I didnt get the united because its already ordered here in HK.
BTW guys, I checked this place in Mong Kok out (www.hobbybase.com). I think he is on ebay as ehobbybase. Excellent store, prob the best in HK. Has an awesome arrangement of Transformers.

I've bought the RTS Legends and other stuff lately. But I bought something from the USA that is only a Toys R Us Exclusive.

I got the rare ROFT Titanium series 3" Diecast statues

1.Rescue Ratchet (Repaint of the green Ratchet) and Blackout
2. Cliffjumper (Bumblebee 1970's Camaro repaint) and Dead End (Jazz repaint)
3. Offroad Ironhire and Deep Desert Brawl (repaint)

The lady who sent it from the USA was absolutely lovely. Look at the box! Talk about service.

USPS Priority Mail was slack. This service had tracking. Parcel went missing from 11 January 2011 until 30 January 2011. I've used this service previously with no problems. Maybe its got to do with the cheap stuff overseas and USPS being overloaded!

Has anyone noticed that they changed the material of the reprolabels? They are worse than b4, now they are using this grainy matte stickers which don't stick!!!!!!!!! I just applied Menasor and even some of the stickers that lay flat lift up!!! :(

I can tell you from a HK perspective these things are getting sold out like no tomorrow. Nothing in Mong Kok (besides hobbybase), nothing at Ins Point.

These things are super popular here, expect the scalpers to kick in shortly.

Yeah, agree, these things are in super short supply. They get sold out in a matter of days and places like Sogo or other retail stores are almost always out of the popular figures. I'm actually gettting slightly irritated. It didn't use to be like that.


Yes i have 3. I have the other set displayed with my Overlord base. I tend to get most rare transformers in at least 2s so I can display in each mode. I have 3 overlords (base, robot and vehicle modes) and for buster and hydra, i will be getting a third pair - so I can display planes, robot and darkwings.

I have 3 display cabinets but am particular with what I collect so I dont collect everything (i.e. not planning to get Victory Leo, Star Saber, Deathsaurus etc.). I am not a MIB or MISB collector but have a few (MISB ARtfire and MISB ehobby Astrotrain) so that saves me space. The cabinets I got from IKEA - they have glass doors and adjustable shelving.

Rob, I have a spare set of Buster and Hydra MIB, individual boxes, minty, C9 toys, C8.5 boxes. Perhaps we can work out something if you would like to part with a Blue Bacchus and Black Shadow (ok, even my Darkwings giftset C9.5 box no flap crease, C9.5 toys is a possibility) .... :D

Blue Bluestreak is something I know I won't get due to rarity and cost, although I comfort myself by saying he is technically wasn't in any of the shows, he is not a must have!!!
