Alt mode on this guy is totally cool with a nice transformation that's average in terms of complexity.
Bot mode leaves something to be desired though... his hips are quite wide (relative to his shoulders) and the design of his hands/forearms just plain suck due to the propellers making them slightly offset.
He's got good articulation and displays well in various action poses, however the highlight is the alt mode.
7.5/10

So did I... until I got him. It's actually not that great a toy... cool alt mode and that's about it - it's fairly average to above average at best.

Nope, not yet.

I actually prefer my G1 tributes so this is an easy pass for me.

I must say it's the interesting/unique alt mode that appeals to me the most about this toy. ;)

There's three votes but only one owner reviewing this toy. The people who like the toy could you tell us why? I just got the figure but can't decide if I should open it or keep it to sell on locally.

A G1 tribute to Highbrow would be appreciated, he was the standout character in Headmasters #1 so I've always wanted a toy of him.

Got mine yesterday. Definitely worth buying, the vehicle mode is really really good.
Robot mode is a level below but still very good. The arms are a bit cluttered but function quite well when everything is lined up.

I'm really hoping for a redeco, that bot-mode colour scheme... yeesh.

Worth it for the gem of an alt-mode alone. Amazing transformation too, intuitive yet involved.
Looks much better with hip-guns in robot mode than trying to hold them in hands because of the arm kibble.
Flying mask is such a cool gimmick, right up there with Seaspray's scuba mask and flippers!!
