I was more chasing the original Hasbro version tbh, but being you have both, in person how dis-similiar are the paint apps, as to date my collection consists of only Hasbro and I do not want a Lugnut sticking out.

Other than their cycloptic eye colours and Decepticon symbols, they're fairly indistinguishable from each other, as you can see from the pic.

Just for perspective Blackout was only released by TakaraTomy in Japan so it is extremely unrealistic to expect to find one for $50 shipped.

Yeah you're probably right but he's not worth any more than that to me I am afraid.
But I am realistic that my chances are slim hence the reason I did not badger GP to lower the price, because I know what his retail is.
