The mailaway figure for one of the recent JP guidebooks (Elite Guard Voyager Optimus) could have been pushed back to March now (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/animated-8/animated-elite-guard-optimus-prime-images-171291/). It was originally intended for December, then January, but as January draws to a close, word is that it may be released in March now.
