oh man, not the Brigadier him with John Pertwee is my favourite run of Dr. Who :(
Was just watching some Eps with him in them the other day. Sad news :(
Let us not forget his first appearance at Bret Vyon in 'The Dalek's Masterplan'. :P
A sad day indeed, although I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with him as I've just not seen enough of the 3rd Doctor's era - Any loss from the Doctor Who family is sad, so I say farewell sir and thank you for being a pivotal part in the success of this: "The longest running Sci-fi show of all time". :o
The world of Doctor Who is going to be a sadder place without that legend of a man.
:(
Goodbye Brigadier, thanks for all the memories. Now you can be up there with Troughton and Pertwee fighting against the Terrible Zodin.
A man that worked with more Doctor's than anyone else. Always enjoyed the stories with him in it. Will miss him.
Here's hoping that they don't follow the novels and bring him back as his younger self and a new actor.
