DOTM autobot ark with roller

so picked up Dotm ark and roller today and have just open it, so far all ok but just wondering if roller could have been better designed than what he is. i think he is ok but for a G1 inclusion into the DOTM series they would have opted for a better design especially the legs where you fold up the tracks to form his feet, they appear not to be able to lock in so every time you stand him for display he keeps falling. as well as in alt mode his tracks won't lock in properly. also with the ark is anyone having trouble with the sounds going off even before you transform it into the base?:confused: as soon as i pick it up it goes off with the blasters flashing and canon noises.:mad:
