Season Five CARTOON (1987-1988)

NOTES
- Total of 20 episodes over 1 season.
- Story content is unchanged, but live opening and closing segments were added, of a giant prop Powermaster Optimus Prime "retelling" these stories to a Human child. Since those added segments had Optimus talking about the episodes as events in his own life, it is referred to by Fansites as "Season 5", set sometime after 2006. I don't know if there is any official designation for this season. It has never been officially released in any format after it aired in America.
- To my knowledge, it was not aired in Australia.
