Unauthorised TFs and KO TFs sections moved

After noting that the "Unauthorised TFs" section was no longer just people doing group orders for them (which was why it was set up to begin with, and why it was in the Saleyard section), I've moved it out of the Saleyard and into the non-Transformers section. (I never followed much of what goes on in there, so never really noticed until a few weeks ago that it was in the Saleyard, while most of the topics are not sale related.)

The "Knock Off TFs" section was originally paired up with it, because they both contained items that were not Licensed or Authorised... but while the other one allowed for the discussion and promotion of creative products using concepts or characters from the Transformers Brand, this section was not allowed to promote Replica items - it was to be an ID and Alert section to help others avoid being cheated with a fake. As such, I relocated it into the Info section to be part of the "Transformers ID & Repairs" section.
