I like PE's stuff. But I wonder how this compares to Botcon Scorponok..

Really? If Warden is anything to judge by, Botcon Scorponok is a no event for me. Hasbro took too long and it should have never been an exclusive.

Hell, Deathstalker may even turn out to be comparatively cheaper as we only have after market prices available.

Based purely on Warden... Bought. Preordered in fact.

Even though I will have a Botcon Skorp, I am inclined to buy this too. I'll eagerly await to see how this project goes.

Not a fan of the face sculpt... need to see the final product.
No doubt it'll be impressive based on their work with Warden.

Finally a possibility of a decent CHUG Scorponok who hopefully turns into a giant Scorpion (please!).

Looks like he's may be bigger than Warden, which I can deal with.

I hope he turns out to be less of a parts former than Warden though. As much as I like Warden, transforming him is uninspiring.

is there a reason perhaps in the IDW comic why scoponok is not in scale with Fortress? Would look better in display if they were roughly the same height.
