the Pipes, the Pipes are calling

Tweaked the legends Pipes so he's not just a "blue Optimus" as one of my kids called him.
The hood idea came from the TFW 2005 radicons boards. I used the handle from a cybertron Blaster gun, which fit into the back of Pipes' head and had a hole in it already for the pin.
The pipes are from a robot heroes Optimus. They're on a screw so they can be rotated in vehicle and bot mode.
The mouthplate was cut from a piece of toothpaste tube that was already blue (phew). Cutting it to fit was a pain.
I might do the same to Huffer later.
