After the big layoff about three years ago of several designers and staff, Hasbro have specifically advertised for a Transformers product designer in Rhode Island (America).
But before you submit an application, be aware that the designer positions require a degree in toy design or industrial design (engineering), which these days would require experience designing on a computer.
